We make every effort to ensure that all goods on our website are described accurately.  All descriptions, measurements and colours are provided as a guide only and may vary slightly.

When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

We aim to deliver orders in approximately 5 working days.  However, we cannot be held reliable if this delivery time is exceeded.

Presently, all transactions are purchased using PayPal.  However, future payment systems will include PROTX which enable customers to pay by all major credit cards.  The website will be updated to reflect this asap.

All prices displayed are in pounds sterling and are exclusive of delivery charges.

We make no guarantee that our website is free from viruses or other infecting programs.

All designs displayed within this site are covered by copyright.  No images can be copied.

RETURNS, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your order or if you have received damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will replace or refund the item. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED GOODS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.   Postage will not be refunded on faulty goods returned without prior notification.

All of our handmade greeting cards are made to order, therefore we are unable to give refunds on these goods.  If a card has reached you in a damaged state, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will replace the damaged goods.

We are unable to accept cancellation of an order once the goods have been despatched.  If you no longer require your goods, please contact us within 7 days and we will refund you for the goods.  Any goods returned in this way will not be subject to P&P reimbursement.
All goods must be returned in suitable packaging. 

The address for returned goods will be supplied following customer contact.
