Returns & Refund Policy
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us stating your order reference number and date of order. On receipt of your cancellation request we will refund you in full.
We are unable to accept cancellation of an order once the goods have been despatched.
If you no longer require your goods, please contact us within 7 days for details of returning your item. We will refund you for the goods on receipt of the item(s). Any goods returned in this way will not be subject to P&P reimbursement.
All goods must be returned in perfect condition and in it’s original packaging.

DAMAGED ORDERS
If you have received damaged goods within your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will replace or refund the item(s)
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED GOODS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION. Postage will not be refunded on goods returned without prior notification.
RETURNING AN ORDER
The address for returning goods will be supplied following customer contact either via email info@booboodesigns.co.uk or by calling us on 01480 812284.
EXCLUSIONS FOR REFUNDS
All of our handmade greeting cards are made to order, therefore we are unable to give refunds on these goods. If a card has reached you in a damaged state, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will replace the damaged goods.
Our gift vouchers are exempt from our returns and cancellations policy.
